Welcome to Idle Alchemy Inc, a mobile application developed by Rocosta Games, Inc (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Idle Alchemy Inc mobile application (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Idle Alchemy Inc App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

2. No Account Creation
Users are not allowed to create personal accounts within the Idle Alchemy Inc App. Your use of the App does not require registration or the creation of an account.

3. No User-Generated Content
The App does not support user-generated content. You are not permitted to create, upload, or share any content, such as text or images, within the Idle Alchemy Inc App.

4. In-App Purchases
The Idle Alchemy Inc App offers in-app purchases. These purchases are digital and non-refundable. Please ensure that any transactions are made by authorized users of your device.

5. No Purchase of Physical Goods
The App does not offer the sale of any physical products, goods, or items. All purchases made in the App are strictly for digital content or services.

6. Subscription Plans and Future Monetization

Currently, the Idle Alchemy Inc App does not offer subscription plans, and all purchases available through the app are one-time transactions. However, the company reserves the right to introduce subscription-based monetization or other recurring payment models in the future. Users will be notified of any changes to the app’s monetization structure in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Idle Alchemy Inc disclaims all liability for any potential misunderstandings or disputes arising from the implementation of new payment models, provided users have been adequately informed through official communication channels. By continuing to use the app after such changes, users agree to adhere to the updated terms and conditions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content within the Idle Alchemy Inc App, including but not limited to logos, visual designs, trademarks, and all other intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Rocosta Games, Inc. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

8. Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide feedback or suggestions regarding the Idle Alchemy Inc App, you agree that we may use this feedback or suggestions without any obligation to compensate you or provide credit. We reserve the right to implement and incorporate any feedback or suggestions at our discretion.

9. No Promotions, Contests, or Sweepstakes
The Idle Alchemy Inc App offers no promotions, contests, or sweepstakes. Any representation to the contrary is invalid.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocosta Games, Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the App after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
